Marbin (Design Pitch)

Fan character idea for League of Legends, Marbin, a stray orphan kid from zaun.
Living as an orphan in Zaun, Marbin always admired colorful stained glass. Ekko helped him make his bubble gun so that he can play with
colorful bubbles. People might walk into bubbles carelessly but be careful! They are full of toxic gas.
